Email Subscriptions

Just a quick note... If you would like to know when I post to the blog, you can subscribe to the email option... all you get is a quick email to say I have posted, allowing you to the go to the blog if you want to.  It saves checking your email and the blog... i.e. no blog post, means no email, so you don't need to check... works well for the people who have their work email on all the time.
